Order picking system - HSP2000
HSP200 is a semi-automatic and fully-equipped order picking system which consists of several standardized modules for provision of goods, rendering of picking information, quality control, the document system, packaging technology and corresponding software modules to ensure an optimal process flow.
The system provides unique flexibility and at the same time reliability, speed and precision, an ergonomic and healthy working environment. This can lead to a faster return of investment.
HSP 2000 is designed in close collaboration with European wholesalers with years of experience in press distribution. Ongoing and future demands on the operator were the starting points of our solution. Modern automation technology, coupled with the latest technology result in a significant reduction in costs and simultaneously improving the accuracy of the customer's order.
A flexible adaptation of the number and size of picking zones to the appropriate number of tracks, the commissioner and the available time is easily possible.
Each order picking zone includes a display for the title and a wireless touch screen PC for the operator. All information about and from the order picking zone are displayed there. Virtual buttons must be operated to confirm each picking.
Fully automatic package transfer
The efficient transfer point offers a fully automated transport of customer’s packages to the strapping machine.
Fully automatic basket- boxes- transport
The stability of the assembled orders of magazines is insured through the safe transport in special baskets, which bring the magazines along the belt to the printer and to strapping machine.
The weight of the bundles is checked at each picking station. The operator can only release the package if the correct weight is displayed on the touch screen. Errors can be avoided.
An extra weight control unit at the end of the picking line provides additional quality assurance by controlling weight, travel sequence and the delivery notes. This information is forwarded to the computer control system.
Fully automatic online document manager
Documentation, such as invoices, delivery notes or newsletters, are automatically printed and added to the appropriate bundle.
